I faced many challenges when finding current sources for this research paper, particularly finding scholarly research articles on my topic. I can see how this paper will help me in writing future college papers in other classes by helping me break down a large assignment into three smaller sections and putting them all together for a final piece. When I started this project, I was actually for the shot clock being introduced in high school basketball to cut down on teams holding the ball for the last 30 seconds of the game to win, but after my research, it changed my mind against the shot clock being introduced. I consider this project a success because I was ablet to change my own mind in my own research. Next time I would have written on a different topic that would have been easier to find research articles on. My project was successful as I was able to show the pros versus the cons of the shot clock being introduced into high school basketball.
